GENERAL
-I will NOT draw nsfw or heavy gore (I might do light gore depending what it is)
-If you post the art you commissioned you MUST credit me in any way.
-I will only start working when I've received the full payment.
-I will draw furries/anthro, animals, humans, original species and yumeships/ships.
-AI/NFT use is prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.REVISIONS
-I will send work in progress of the piece (sketch, lineart, and coloring) so please make sure to check that there aren't any mistakes or things you want changed. Revisions are only available during the sketch phase. Any change after Sketch Approval/Delivery that wasnt't a mistake from my part (if that's the case it will be corrected with no charges) will be charged depending on complexity.
-Changes will not be accepted after the drawing is done. (Unless I drew it wrong or missed something).DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
-I try not to take too long with my projects and can usually guarantee a finished product within 30 days of receiving the payment, but I may take longer to finish your commission depending on demand and the amount of work I have since I'm a college student, so I would appreciate if you could please be patient with me.
-If you wish to skip the Queue and be Priority, the fee will be $10 USD. You will have to Directly Message me or state in the Request forms that you wish for a Rush Fee.USE
-You can use it for personal or commercial purpose (ONLY with additional cost 20%-100% of your order).
-Please do not edit or alter my work after completion without asking.
-If you are to use or post my work on social media, please credit me properly (@amelieyuani).REFUNDS
-I won't do refunds unless I can’t finish your commission.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
-I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.-I may use the artwork to:
Promote myself and my services.
Post on social media and in my portfolio.
Exceptions:
-If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.COMMUNICATION
-You can message me on here, email, Instagram, Twitter or Discord if you prefer.
-Feel free to ask before making a request if you have any questions.
-Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.Final Agreement
